Our verdict on Ikaria Lean Belly Juice

What we liked

  • The full Supplement Facts panel is published on the vendor site
  • A powder you mix into water, with no capsules to swallow
  • 180-day refund window, sold through ClickBank, which also takes refund requests
  • Free US shipping on 3 and 6 jars, and $39 a jar on the 6-pack

Watch out for

  • Four proprietary blends hide every individual dose, so no ingredient can be checked against study amounts
  • No published trial of this formula; the "ceramide" story is vendor marketing
  • Contains grapefruit, ginseng, turmeric and piperine, which can interact with common medicines
  • A refund means asking first, then mailing every jar back at your own cost
  • One jar costs $78.95 with shipping, and the "limited time" price has been the standing price since 2022
  • Vendor pages carry leftovers from other products, such as a Red Boost FAQ

TonicNest may earn a commission if you buy through links on this page, at no extra cost to you. That does not change what we report.

Ikaria Lean Belly Juice is a flavored powder sold for weight loss, and its own label shows a 3.2 g scoop split into four proprietary blends that never state how much of any ingredient you get.[2] That matters because weight-loss studies use specific doses, and without them nobody can match this product to the research.

We found no published trial of the finished formula. The facts below come from the vendor's pages, the label image and public databases, all checked October 19, 2026. Read how TonicNest checks products for our method.

What is Ikaria Lean Belly Juice and what does the vendor claim?

The vendor says the drink activates your metabolism and is "The Most Potent, Fast-Acting Formula" for it. The sales page blames "ceramides" as the "newly discovered root cause of tenacious body fat" and says the liver is "the most powerful fat-burning organ in your body".[1] Those are the vendor's words. We could not find a source that backs the ceramide story as the cause of belly fat.

The product is sold through ClickBank, which acts as the retailer and shows on card statements as CLKBANK*LeanBellyJuice. The site terms say only that it is "operated by Ikaria Lean Belly Juice", with no company name.[6]

Who might consider Ikaria Lean Belly Juice, and who should not?

Ikaria Lean Belly Juice may suit a healthy adult who takes no prescription drugs, wants a fruit-flavored morning drink, and accepts that its weight-loss effect is unproven. It is a poor fit for anyone on regular medicines, pregnant or breastfeeding, or managing a liver, thyroid or blood-sugar condition.

The reason is the mix itself. It contains grapefruit powder, piperine, turmeric, ginseng and green tea extract, and some of these change how the body handles drugs.[16][18] With every dose hidden, a pharmacist cannot judge how large that effect might be.

A powder also cannot stand in for a medical check. Weight gain that comes on fast or without a clear reason can have causes a doctor should look at, such as thyroid problems or medication effects.

How does Ikaria Lean Belly Juice claim to work?

The vendor claims Ikaria Lean Belly Juice works by targeting ceramides and supporting the liver, which it says then lets the body burn stubborn fat. What is known is much narrower: none of that mechanism has been tested in this formula.

The sales page goes further with each ingredient. It says panax ginseng "helps shrink fat cells", Bioperine "helps your body reduce fat cell formation", and resveratrol "supports reduced fat mass while increasing lean mass".[1] It also says "the natural fiber alginate found in fucoxanthin acts as a fat blocker", but alginate is a separate seaweed fiber and is not part of fucoxanthin.

The vendor's FAQ says the formula "is proven to support healthy weight loss" and that results could show "in a few short days or in a week".[1] We found no published study of this product to support either line. Our page on whether Ikaria Lean Belly Juice works walks through each claim against the research.

What ingredients are in Ikaria Lean Belly Juice?

Ikaria Lean Belly Juice contains 26 named actives in four blends: a 1,000 mg Metabolic Blend, a 1,000 mg Polyphenol Blend, a 325 mg Digestive Blend and a 125 mg 9-strain probiotic with 3 billion CFU "at time of manufacture".[2] Other ingredients are maltodextrin, natural flavors, citric acid and stevia extract.

The sales page names 8 "star" ingredients. The label lists far more, including turmeric, inulin, oat fiber and nine probiotic strains the sales page never mentions.[1][2] No row below has a disclosed dose.

Does Ikaria Lean Belly Juice work for weight loss?

Whether Ikaria Lean Belly Juice works for weight loss is not established. No published trial tests this formula, and the ingredient research that exists is weak and used doses we cannot compare, because the label hides them.[2]

  1. Plausibility. The ceramide explanation comes from the sales page. We found no source tying ceramides to belly fat in the way the vendor describes.[1]
  2. Ingredient trials. Green tea preparations gave a small loss that a Cochrane analysis called "not likely to be clinically important".[11] Resveratrol and inulin did not change body weight in pooled analyses.[12][13] Probiotic effects were small and depend on the strain.[14] The one fucoxanthin weight trial used a branded mix with pomegranate-seed oil plus a calorie-cut diet, so kelp alone cannot take the credit.[19]
  3. Finished product. No trial of Ikaria Lean Belly Juice itself has been published that we could find.

NIH's Office of Dietary Supplements also notes that ingredients may act differently when combined with others in one product.[19]

Ikaria Lean Belly Juice side effects: who should ask a doctor first?

Ikaria Lean Belly Juice side effects have not been studied for the product, so the risks come from its ingredients. Anyone on prescription drugs, and anyone pregnant, breastfeeding, or living with liver, thyroid or blood-sugar problems, should ask a doctor or pharmacist first.

  • Grapefruit powder: grapefruit can change blood levels of some statins, blood pressure drugs, heart-rhythm drugs, transplant drugs and anxiety drugs, per the FDA.[18]
  • Piperine: blocks CYP3A4 and raised levels of propranolol and theophylline in a human study.[16]
  • Turmeric with piperine: liver injury has been tied to high-absorption turmeric forms, including those with piperine.[17]
  • Green tea extract: nausea, raised blood pressure and uncommon liver injury; it also lowers levels of nadolol and atorvastatin, per NCCIH.[20]
  • Inulin and probiotics: gas and bloating are the usual complaints.[13]

See a doctor right away if you notice:

  • Yellow skin or eyes, dark urine or pain under the right ribs
  • A racing or irregular heartbeat, or chest pain
  • Hives, swelling of the face or throat, or trouble breathing
  • Unusual bleeding or bruising

Our Ikaria Lean Belly Juice side effects guide lists each ingredient's cautions.

What do Ikaria Lean Belly Juice complaints and buyer reports show?

Ikaria Lean Belly Juice complaints are hard to measure because the two main complaint sites blocked us. BBB lists one profile for Ikaria Lean Belly Juice in Las Vegas, NV, but its rating, accreditation and complaint count were NOT checked because the page would not load.[8] Trustpilot was NOT checked either, and no archived copy exists.

The public FDA databases gave clearer answers on October 19, 2026:

  • FDA recalls: none found in openFDA for "lean belly juice" or "ikaria".[9]
  • FDA adverse event reports (CAERS): none found under "lean belly juice".[10]
  • FDA warning letters and FTC actions: NOT checked.

An empty database is not proof of safety, since most supplement problems never get reported. See Ikaria Lean Belly Juice complaints for what buyers raise most.

How much does Ikaria Lean Belly Juice cost?

What is the Ikaria Lean Belly Juice refund policy?

The Ikaria Lean Belly Juice refund policy gives 180 days from the ship date, and the vendor or ClickBank processes it.[4] The steps are:

  1. Email support with the subject "Refund Request" and wait for an agent to confirm.
  2. Mail back all jars, empty and unopened, to 285 Northeast Ave, Tallmadge, OH 44278, paying the postage yourself.
  3. Email the tracking ID. The vendor says refunds "usually take 5-10 days" to show once the return is registered.

Return postage is never refunded. The contact page says a refund is possible "even after using up all of your supply", while the refund page asks for every jar back.[3] ClickBank also takes refund requests directly.

Where can you buy Ikaria Lean Belly Juice?

You can buy Ikaria Lean Belly Juice through the vendor's ClickBank checkout. The vendor does not list Amazon, Walmart or eBay as sellers, so listings there come from third parties.[1]

Third-party copies can carry claims the real product does not make. Some pages online show a badge implying FDA sign-off, call the drink stimulant-free (the label lists green tea extract with under 1% caffeine) or promise free shipping on one jar, which costs $9.95 at checkout.[2][5] Trust the vendor checkout and the label on the jar. See Ikaria Lean Belly Juice on Amazon and Walmart.

Is Ikaria Lean Belly Juice legit?

Ikaria Lean Belly Juice is a real product with a published label, a working ClickBank checkout and a 180-day refund, but the seller is thinly identified. The terms name only "Ikaria Lean Belly Juice" with no company or address, set Michigan courts and arbitration, and waive class actions.[6]

The vendor domain was registered on April 21, 2022, and the support email domain on July 15, 2021. Support is at support@leanbellyjuice.com or (863) 591-4284.[3] The contact page also shows an FAQ about "Red Boost" and a support email at gluconite.com, both other supplements, which points to a shared sales-page template. The label claims US manufacture in an "FDA-registered facility", and registration is not approval. More detail is in is Ikaria Lean Belly Juice legit.

Ikaria Lean Belly Juice vs other approaches to weight loss

Next to other approaches, Ikaria Lean Belly Juice has the least evidence behind it, because NIH's Office of Dietary Supplements rates the research on most weight-loss supplement ingredients as limited.[19]

How do you take Ikaria Lean Belly Juice?

You take Ikaria Lean Belly Juice as one scoop (3.2 g) mixed into about 6 oz of water each morning.[2] The contact page adds "about 1 hour after eating breakfast", and the vendor suggests using it for 3 to 6 months.[3] Do not take more than one scoop, since the doses inside are unknown. Our how to take Ikaria Lean Belly Juice page covers timing and missed days.

Ikaria Lean Belly Juice: final take

Ikaria Lean Belly Juice may suit a healthy adult on no medicines who likes the idea of a morning fruit drink, has $78.95 to test one tub, and keeps the 180-day refund rules in mind. Expectations should stay low, because no published trial tests the formula and the label hides every dose.

Skip it if you take prescription drugs, especially statins, blood pressure or heart-rhythm drugs, or if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have liver or thyroid disease. If you go ahead, buy only through the vendor checkout, keep every jar for a possible return, and show the label to your pharmacist first.

Is Ikaria Lean Belly Juice sold on Amazon or Walmart?

Can I take Ikaria Lean Belly Juice with my medication?

Does Ikaria Lean Belly Juice have caffeine?
